Two-way Google Calendar & Apple Calendar sync
Keep your studio schedule aligned with the calendars you already use on your phone and computer.
We are planning two-way calendar connections for Google Calendar and Apple Calendar through iCloud, including the calendar you use on iPhone:
- Bring connected calendar availability into booking decisions.
- Keep supported event changes aligned between Captura and your connected calendar.
- Make conflicts and sync problems visible so the studio can resolve them.
- Let you choose which calendars to connect.
The aim is fewer double bookings and less re-entering of shoot details. Captura's current internal calendar is separate from this planned external sync.
Status: planned. Supported account types, sync scope, plan availability and timing will be announced before release.
