We are planning direct WhatsApp and SMS notifications from Captura for the moments that keep a booking moving:
- Booking confirmations and shoot reminders.
- Questionnaire and contract reminders.
- Payment reminders linked to the right invoice.
- Gallery and album-ready notifications.
The planned controls let the studio choose recipients, channels, templates and timing, respect client messaging preferences and review send results.

Status: planned. Today's Message Copilot prepares drafts for you to send. Direct delivery is a future capability; availability, setup requirements and messaging charges will be announced before release.
