AI WhatsApp follow-ups — routine client messages, sent for you
Let routine follow-ups keep moving while you focus on the shoot.
We are planning an opt-in AI messaging assistant that can prepare and directly send approved types of WhatsApp follow-up using the booking context in Captura.
The direction we are exploring:
- Use the actual booking stage, dates and outstanding actions to prepare a relevant message.
- Send routine reminders within the rules the studio has enabled.
- Let the studio set tone, language, quiet hours and send limits.
- Show what was sent and provide a clear pause control.
- Hand unusual requests, complaints and sensitive decisions back to a person.
This goes beyond today's review-and-send Message Copilot. The studio stays in control of which workflows may send automatically; AI should not independently promise discounts, refunds or changes to an agreed booking.
